Hong Kong: 2% Pay Raise for All Civil Servants

International Business News – On June 9, Hong Kong’s Secretary for the Civil Service, Yang, stated at a press conference that Chief Executive John Lee, together with the Executive Council, discussed the pay adjustment for civil servants at their meeting that day and decided to propose a uniform 2% pay increase for all Hong Kong civil servants for the 2026-2027 fiscal year, retroactive to April 1, 2026.
