Risk warning for preventing Google Chrome sandbox escape high-risk vulnerability
Recently, the Cybersecurity Threat and Vulnerability Information Sharing Platform (NVDB) of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China has found that Google Chrome has a sandbox escape high-risk vulnerability, which can be maliciously exploited to cause information leakage, code execution and other hazards.
Google Chrome is a web browser developed by Google for fast browsing and searching Internet content. Because its sandbox mechanism has a logical error when interacting with the Windows operating system kernel, attackers can use this vulnerability to bypass the sandbox isolation mechanism, steal sensitive information, and even remotely execute malicious code. The affected version is Google Chrome (Windows) < 134.0.6998.177.
At present, Google Chrome has officially issued a security announcement, suggesting that relevant units and users immediately conduct risk investigations, upgrade to the latest security version in a timely manner, and avoid clicking on unknown links to prevent network attack risks.
