China has included 15 US entities in the export control list

Today (4th), the Ministry of Commerce issued an announcement. According to the relevant provisions of the Export Control Law of the People’s Republic of China and the Regulations of the People’s Republic of China on Export Control of Dual-Use Items, in order to safeguard national security and interests and fulfill international obligations such as non-proliferation, it has decided to include 15 US entities including Leidos in the export control list and take the following measures: prohibit the export of dual-use items to the above 15 US entities; the relevant export activities being carried out should be stopped immediately. If it is necessary to export under special circumstances, the export operator shall apply to the Ministry of Commerce.
