President Yang Dongxiao went to ICBC Lu’an Branch for research

On August 18, Yang Dongxiao, Party Secretary and President of the Central Sub-branch, and Dong Yougui, Party Committee Member and Vice President, went to ICBC Lu’an Branch to investigate and supervise the financial reform and innovation work. The main person in charge of ICBC Lu’an Branch reported on the overall progress of the bank’s financial reform and innovation, the progress of the “One Bank, One Product” project loan, and the implementation of the real estate loan concentration management system since this year. Other members of the branch team and the main persons in charge of relevant departments made supplementary reports. President Yang Dongxiao affirmed the work of ICBC Lu’an Branch and put forward four requirements for further promoting financial reform and innovation: First, strengthen political awareness, earnestly regard financial reform and innovation as the top priority of all work of the bank, and comprehensively improve the ability and level of serving the real economy.

Second, expand the service vision, use a variety of financing tools and channels to solve the problem of financing difficulties in the real economy, focus on implementing the “Green Bond Support Project Catalog (2021 Edition)”, and guide and support enterprises to develop green and low-carbon projects. Third, we will focus on key areas, increase credit support for technological innovation, green and low-carbon development, and rural revitalization, shoulder the responsibility of state-owned banks, and take the lead in making major breakthroughs in the city’s financial reform and innovation. Fourth, we will strengthen mechanism building and boost the spirit of cadres and employees in serving the real economy. We will focus on establishing a scientific incentive mechanism to fully mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of employees at all levels to innovate, and take an innovative path for ICBC Lu’an Branch to dare to lend, be willing to lend, be able to lend, and know how to lend in the new development stage and new development pattern.
