Russia hit by 6.4-magnitude earthquake

Russia News Client reported that on February 15, local time, according to the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations, a 6.4-magnitude earthquake occurred in the Kosh Agach District of the Altai Republic. The epicenter of the earthquake was 27 kilometers southwest of the village of Kosh Agach, which is home to about 8,000 people.

The earthquake was felt in the Tuva Republic and the Altai Territory. The earthquake caused power outages in some areas of the Kosh Agach District. No casualties or property losses have been reported so far.
