Mao Ning said that the BRICS family welcomed the partner countries, marking a new level of BRICS cooperation, the representativeness of the BRICS mechanism has been further expanded, and the appeal and influence have been more prominent, and it has increasingly become an important platform for promoting unity and cooperation in the “global South”.
