\u7684\u7535\u529b\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u77ff\u4e1a\u548c\u80fd\u6e90\u90e8\u957f Keo Rattanak \u8868\u793a\uff0c\u653f\u5e9c\u6b63\u5728\u52a0\u7d27\u5efa\u8bbe\u65b0\u80fd\u6e90\u53d1\u7535\u5382\u9879\u76ee\uff0c\u4e3a\u7535\u7f51\u751f\u4ea7\u6e05\u6d01\u80fd\u6e90\u3002<\/p>\n<p>Rattanak \u8868\u793a\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u9879\u76ee\u5c06\u4f7f\u67ec\u57d4\u5be8\u6e05\u6d01\u80fd\u6e90\u53d1\u7535\u80fd\u529b\u7684\u4efd\u989d\u4ece\u76ee\u524d\u7684 62% \u4ee5\u4e0a\u63d0\u9ad8\u5230 2030 \u5e74\u7684 70%\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u592a\u9633\u80fd\u53d1\u7535\u7684\u6269\u5f20\u7b26\u5408\u67ec\u57d4\u5be8\u653f\u5e9c\u5230 2050 \u5e74\u5b9e\u73b0\u96f6\u78b3\u6392\u653e\u7684\u653f\u7b56\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u81ea 2019 \u5e74\u4ee5\u6765\uff0c\u653f\u5e9c\u5df2\u505c\u6b62\u5411\u65b0\u7684\u71c3\u7164\u7535\u5382\u9879\u76ee\u53d1\u653e\u8bb8\u53ef\u8bc1\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u53ef\u518d\u751f\u80fd\u6e90\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u6765\u6e90\u662f\u6c34\u7535\u3001\u592a\u9633\u80fd\u548c\u751f\u7269\u8d28\u80fd\u3002\u8be5\u56fd\u8fd8\u4ece\u90bb\u56fd\u8d2d\u4e70\u7535\u529b\uff0c\u5c24\u5176\u662f\u5728\u65f1\u5b63\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6839\u636e\u300a2022-2040\u5e74\u7535\u529b\u53d1\u5c55\u603b\u4f53\u89c4\u5212\u300b\uff08PDP\uff09\uff0c\u738b\u56fd\u653f\u5e9c\u5ba3\u5e032024\u5e74\u540e\u5c06\u4e0d\u518d\u6295\u8d44\u71c3\u7164\u7535\u5382\uff0c\u53ef\u518d\u751f\u80fd\u6e90\u5c06\u5728\u67ec\u57d4\u5be8\u5411\u6e05\u6d01\u80fd\u6e90\u8f6c\u578b\u4e2d\u53d1\u6325\u91cd\u8981\u4f5c\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u53bb\u5e74 9 \u6708\uff0c\u738b\u56fd\u653f\u5e9c\u6279\u51c6\u4e86 23 \u4e2a\u7535\u529b\u6295\u8d44\u9879\u76ee\uff0c\u80fd\u6e90\u5bb9\u91cf\u4e3a 5,950MW\uff0c\u4ee5\u89e3\u51b3\u80fd\u6e90\u77ed\u7f3a\u95ee\u9898\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u53bb\u5e74\uff0c\u67ec\u57d4\u5be8\u7684\u603b\u88c5\u673a\u5bb9\u91cf\u4e3a 5,044 \u5146\u74e6\uff0c\u6bd4 2023
