(AML\/CFT) \u95ee\u9898\u4e0a\u53d6\u5f97\u4e86\u91cd\u5927\u8fdb\u5c55\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e00\u8fdb\u5c55\u5e94\u8be5\u7ee7\u7eed\u4e0b\u53bb\u3002\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u91d1\u878d\u884c\u52a8\u7279\u522b\u5de5\u4f5c\u7ec4\uff08FATF\uff09\u521d\u6b65\u8ba4\u5b9a\u83f2\u5f8b\u5bbe\u5df2\u57fa\u672c\u5b8c\u6210\u5176\u884c\u52a8\u8ba1\u5212\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5bf9\u6b64\u8868\u793a\u6b22\u8fce\u3002\u201d<\/p>\n<p>FATF \u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u5168\u7403\u6d17\u94b1\u548c\u6050\u6016\u4e3b\u4e49\u878d\u8d44\u76d1\u7763\u673a\u6784\u3002<\/p>\n<p>FATF\u5728 10 \u6708\u4efd\u53d1\u5e03\u7684\u4e00\u4efd\u62a5\u544a\u4e2d\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u83f2\u5f8b\u5bbe\u5df2\u5b8c\u6210\u884c\u52a8\u8ba1\u5212\uff0c\u4ee5\u89e3\u51b3\u81ea 2021 \u5e74 6 \u6708\u4ee5\u6765\u4e00\u76f4\u88ab\u5217\u5165\u8be5\u76d1\u7ba1\u673a\u6784\u201c\u7070\u540d\u5355\u201d\u7684\u7f3a\u9677\u3002<\/p>\n<p>FATF \u7070\u540d\u5355\u4e2d\u7684\u56fd\u5bb6\u548c\u5730\u533a\u6b63\u5728\u53d7\u5230\u201c\u52a0\u5f3a\u76d1\u63a7\u201d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>FATF\u79f0\uff0c\u83f2\u5f8b\u5bbe\u5df2\u7ecf\u80fd\u591f\u89e3\u51b3\u5269\u4f59\u7684\u516b\u4e2a\u884c\u52a8\u8ba1\u5212\u9879\u76ee\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u5305\u62ec\u5bf9\u6307\u5b9a\u975e\u91d1\u878d\u4f01\u4e1a\u548c\u4e13\u4e1a\u7684\u6709\u6548\u7684\u57fa\u4e8e\u98ce\u9669\u7684\u76d1\u7ba1\uff1b\u4f7f\u7528\u53cd\u6d17\u94b1\u548c\u53cd\u6050\u6016\u4e3b\u4e49\u878d\u8d44 (AML\/CTF) \u63a7\u5236\u63aa\u65bd\u6765\u51cf\u8f7b\u4e0e\u8d4c\u573a\u4e2d\u4ecb\u76f8\u5173\u7684\u98ce\u9669\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8be5\u56fd\u8fd8\u80fd\u591f\u5bf9\u8d27\u5e01\u6216\u4ef7\u503c\u8f6c\u79fb\u670d\u52a1\u5b9e\u65bd\u65b0\u7684\u6ce8\u518c\u8981\u6c42\uff0c\u5e76\u5bf9\u672a\u6ce8\u518c\u548c\u975e\u6cd5\u6c47\u6b3e\u8fd0\u8425\u5546\u5b9e\u65bd\u5236\u88c1\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5176\u4ed6\u5df2\u5b8c\u6210\u7684\u884c\u52a8\u8ba1\u5212\u9879\u76ee\u5305\u62ec\u4f7f\u7528\u91d1\u878d\u60c5\u62a5\u5e76\u589e\u52a0\u6d17\u94b1\u8c03\u67e5\u548c\u8d77\u8bc9\uff1b\u589e\u52a0\u5bf9\u6050\u6016\u4e3b\u4e49\u878d\u8d44 (TF) \u6848\u4ef6\u7684\u8bc6\u522b\u3001\u8c03\u67e5\u548c\u8d77\u8bc9\uff1b\u4e3a\u975e\u8425\u5229\u7ec4\u7ec7\u90e8\u95e8\u5b9e\u65bd\u9002\u5f53\u63aa\u65bd\uff1b\u5e76\u52a0\u5f3a\u9488\u5bf9 TF \u548c\u6269\u6563\u878d\u8d44\u7684\u5b9a\u5411\u91d1\u878d\u5236\u88c1\u6846\u67b6\u3002<\/p>\n<p>IMF\u8868\u793a\uff1a\u201c\u5c55\u671b\u672a\u6765\uff0c\u5728 2027 \u5e74\u4e0b\u4e00\u6b21\u76f8\u4e92\u8bc4\u4f30\u7684\u80cc\u666f\u4e0b\uff0c\u8ddf\u4e0aFATF\u4e0d\u65ad\u53d1\u5c55\u7684\u8981\u6c42\u5c06\u975e\u5e38\u91cd\u8981\u3002\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u62a5\u544a\u79f0\uff0c\u6539\u9769\u94f6\u884c\u4fdd\u5bc6\u6cd5\u8fd8\u5c06\u6709\u52a9\u4e8e\u52a0\u5f3a\u53cd\u6d17\u94b1\/\u53cd\u6050\u6016\u878d\u8d44\u7684\u6709\u6548\u6027\uff0c\u5e76\u589e\u5f3a\u83f2\u5f8b\u5bbe\u4e2d\u592e\u94f6\u884c\u7684\u76d1\u7ba1\u6743\u529b\u3002<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div
