CPTPP"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u82f1\u56fd\u6b63\u5f0f\u52a0\u5165\u4e86\u4ee5\u4e9a\u592a\u5730\u533a\u4e3a\u4e2d\u5fc3\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u8d38\u6613\u534f\u5b9aCPTPP\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u82f1\u56fd\u52a0\u5165\u300a\u5168\u9762\u4e0e\u8fdb\u6b65\u8de8\u592a\u5e73\u6d0b\u4f19\u4f34\u5173\u7cfb\u534f\u5b9a\u300b\uff08CPTPP\uff09\u7684\u6b63\u5f0f\u7a0b\u5e8f\u4e8e\u5468\u65e5\u6b63\u5f0f\u751f\u6548\uff0c\u8be5\u534f\u5b9a\u5c06\u82f1\u56fd\u5217\u4e3a\u7b2c 12 \u4e2a\u6210\u5458\u56fd\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u81ea\u8be5\u534f\u5b9a\u4e8e 2018 \u5e74\u7531\u65e5\u672c\u3001\u6fb3\u5927\u5229\u4e9a\u3001\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u548c\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u7b49 11 \u4e2a\u7b7e\u7f72\u56fd\u6210\u7acb\u4ee5\u6765\uff0c\u82f1\u56fd\u662f\u7b2c\u4e00\u4e2a\u52a0\u5165\u8be5\u534f\u5b9a\u7684\u56fd\u5bb6\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u968f\u7740\u82f1\u56fd\u6210\u4e3a\u65b0\u6210\u5458\u56fd\uff0c\u8be5\u534f\u5b9a\u7684\u8303\u56f4\u73b0\u5df2\u6269\u5927\u5230\u6b27\u6d32\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8be5\u534f\u5b9a\u56fd\u5bb6\u603b\u4eba\u53e3\u7ea6\u4e3a 5.8 \u4ebf\uff0cGDP \u603b\u989d\u7ea6\u4e3a 14.7 \u4e07\u4ebf\u7f8e\u5143\uff0c\u7ea6\u5360\u4e16\u754c\u603bGDP\u7684 15%\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u82f1\u56fd\u73b0\u5728\u5c06\u53d6\u6d88\u5176\u5411\u9a6c\u6765\u897f\u4e9a\u51fa\u53e3\u5a01\u58eb\u5fcc\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u4ea7\u54c1\u7684\u5173\u7a0e\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u4e4b\u524d\u82f1\u56fd\u4e0e\u9a6c\u6765\u897f\u4e9a\u4e4b\u95f4\u6ca1\u6709\u7b7e\u8ba2\u4efb\u4f55\u81ea\u7531\u8d38\u6613\u534f\u5b9a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u81f3\u4e8e\u65e5\u672c\uff0c\u5176\u4e0e\u82f1\u56fd\u7b7e\u7f72\u7684\u5355\u72ec\u53cc\u8fb9\u8d38\u6613\u534f\u5b9a\u2014\u2014\u300a\u7ecf\u6d4e\u4f19\u4f34\u5173\u7cfb\u534f\u5b9a\u300b\uff08EPA\uff09\u5df2\u7ecf\u751f\u6548\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u968f\u7740\u82f1\u56fd\u52a0\u5165CPTPP\uff0c\u65e5\u672c\u5bf9\u82f1\u56fd\u51fa\u53e3\u5927\u7c73\u548c\u7c73\u7c89\u7684\u5173\u7a0e\u5c06\u7acb\u5373\u53d6\u6d88\uff0c\u5efa\u7b51\u8f66\u8f86\u8f6e\u80ce\u7684\u5173\u7a0e\u4e5f\u5c06\u53d6\u6d88\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7f8e\u56fd\u5f53\u9009\u603b\u7edf\u5510\u7eb3\u5fb7\u00b7\u7279\u6717\u666e\u5c06\u4e8e\u4e0b\u4e2a\u6708\u4e0a\u4efb\uff0c\u627f\u8bfa\u5bf9\u6240\u6709\u56fd\u5bb6\u7684\u8fdb\u53e3\u4ea7\u54c1\u5f81\u6536\u5173\u7a0e\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u65e5\u672c\u5c06\u9762\u4e34\u5229\u7528\u5305\u62ecCPTPP\u5728\u5185\u7684\u81ea\u7531\u8d38\u6613\u6846\u67b6\u5b9e\u73b0\u589e\u957f\u7684\u6311\u6218\u3002<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div
