(RCEP) \u7684\u7ecf\u6d4e\u4f53\uff0c\u8be5\u534f\u5b9a\u5df2\u4e8e\u8fc7\u53bb\u4e24\u5e74\u751f\u6548\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6b64\u524d\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u9999\u6e2f\u548c\u65af\u91cc\u5170\u5361\u5df2\u901a\u77e5\u4e1c\u76df\u79d8\u4e66\u5904\uff0c\u4ed6\u4eec\u4e5f\u5e0c\u671b\u52a0\u5165\u4e1c\u76df\u4e3b\u5bfc\u7684 RCEP\u3002\u9999\u6e2f\u4e8e 2022 \u5e74 1 \u6708\u4ee5\u4e66\u9762\u5f62\u5f0f\u63d0\u51fa\u8bf7\u6c42\uff0c\u65af\u91cc\u5170\u5361\u4e8e 2023 \u5e74 6 \u6708\u6548\u4eff\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u4e0a\u5468\u4e8e\u4e07\u8c61\u4e3e\u884c\u7684\u4e1c\u76df\u7ecf\u6d4e\u4f1a\u8bae\u4e0a\uff0c\u6566\u4fc3 RCEP \u6210\u5458\u56fd\u5b8c\u6210\u52a0\u5165\u7a0b\u5e8f \u3002RCEP \u5c06\u4e8e 2023 \u5e74 7 \u6708\u751f\u6548 18 \u4e2a\u6708\u540e\u5f00\u653e\u52a0\u5165\u3002AP \u7a0b\u5e8f\u5bf9\u4e8e\u63a5\u7eb3\u66f4\u591a\u6210\u5458\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u636e\u4e00\u4f4d\u77e5\u60c5\u7684\u5916\u4ea4\u4eba\u58eb\u900f\u9732\uff0cRCEP \u6210\u5458\u5c1a\u672a\u8fbe\u6210\u5171\u8bc6\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u4e00\u4e9b\u6210\u5458\u5e0c\u671b\u5728 RCEP \u8054\u5408\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\u5bf9\u5019\u9009\u56fd\u8fdb\u884c\u9884\u7b5b\u9009\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e1c\u76df\u79d8\u4e66\u5904\u6700\u8fd1\u6210\u7acb\u4e86 RCEP \u652f\u6301\u5355\u4f4d (RSU) \u6765\u76d1\u7763\u5176\u6210\u5458\u56fd\u3002 Taufig Wargadalam \u5148\u751f\u5df2\u6210\u4e3a RSU \u7684\u9996\u4efb\u6267\u884c\u8463\u4e8b\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e1c\u76df\u4e3b\u5bfc\u7684 RCEP \u6709 15 \u4e2a\u6210\u5458\u56fd\uff1a\u4e1c\u76df 10 \u56fd\u3001\u4e2d\u56fd\u3001\u65e5\u672c\u3001\u97e9\u56fd\u3001\u6fb3\u5927\u5229\u4e9a\u548c\u65b0\u897f\u5170\u3002\u5b83\u8986\u76d6\u4e86\u5168\u7403 GDP \u7684\u8fd1 30% \u548c\u4e16\u754c\u4eba\u53e3\u7684 30%\u3002\u53bb\u5e74\uff0cRCEP \u6210\u5458\u56fd\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u8d38\u6613\u603b\u989d\u8fbe\u5230 1.9 \u4e07\u4ebf\u7f8e\u5143\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6d88\u606f\u4eba\u58eb\u79f0\uff0c\u6709\u5fc5\u8981\u63d0\u9ad8\u79c1\u8425\u90e8\u95e8\u5bf9 RCEP \u597d\u5904\u7684\u8ba4\u8bc6\uff0c\u5e76\u4e86\u89e3\u5982\u4f55\u6700\u5927\u9650\u5ea6\u5730\u5229\u7528\u8be5\u534f\u8bae\u3002<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div
