\u5546\u4e1a\u7406\u4e8b\u4f1a (BEBC) \u65b0\u4efb\u4e3b\u5e2d\u3001\u5370\u5ea6\u5c3c\u897f\u4e9a\u7684 Sayid Irwan \u535a\u58eb\u5728\u53d1\u8a00\u65f6\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u8fd9\u53ef\u4ee5\u901a\u8fc7\u57f9\u517b\u4f19\u4f34\u5173\u7cfb\u548c\u4fc3\u8fdb\u521b\u65b0\u6765\u5b9e\u73b0\uff0c\u5728\u8fd9\u65b9\u9762\uff0c\u4ed6\u8868\u793a\u5e0c\u671b\u7406\u4e8b\u4f1a\u5e26\u5934\u52aa\u529b\u5efa\u7acb\u4e00\u4e2a \u66f4\u52a0\u7e41\u8363\u548c\u4e92\u8054\u7684 BIMP-EAGA\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6700\u8fd1\uff0c\u5728 BIMP-EAGA \u6218\u7565\u89c4\u5212\u4f1a\u8bae\u7ed3\u675f\u540e\uff0cBEBC \u4e3b\u5e2d\u804c\u4f4d\u4ece\u6587\u83b1\u79fb\u4ea4\u7ed9\u5370\u5ea6\u5c3c\u897f\u4e9a\uff0c\u4ed6\u5728\u5c31\u804c\u6f14\u8bf4\u4e2d\u5f3a\u8c03\u4e86\u8fd9\u4e00\u70b9\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5373\u5c06\u5378\u4efb\u7684\u4e3b\u5e2d Pengiran Dr Haris Pengiran Duraman \u5c06\u63a5\u529b\u68d2\u4ea4\u7ed9 BEBC \u5370\u5ea6\u5c3c\u897f\u4e9a\u56fd\u5bb6\u603b\u76d1 Sayid \u535a\u58eb\uff0c\u6807\u5fd7\u7740\u804c\u8d23\u7684\u79fb\u4ea4\u3002<\/p>\n<p>BEBC \u5728\u4e00\u4efd\u65b0\u95fb\u7a3f\u4e2d\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u4e0e\u5176\u4ed6\u591a\u8fb9\u7ec4\u7ec7\u76f8\u6bd4\uff0cBIMP-EAGA \u4e0b\u7684\u7406\u4e8b\u4f1a\u4e00\u76f4\u88ab\u8ba4\u4e3a\u62e5\u6709\u7279\u6b8a\u5730\u4f4d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u88ab\u8d4b\u4e88\u2018\u7b2c\u4e94\u2019\u56fd\u5bb6\u7684\u5730\u4f4d\uff0cBEBC\u7684\u8463\u4e8b\u4f1a\u6210\u5458\u4e0d\u4ec5\u662f\u79c1\u8425\u90e8\u95e8\u7684\u4ee3\u8868\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u662f\u7531\u5404\u81ea\u7701\u6216\u5dde\u6700\u5927\u7684\u5546\u4e1a\u534f\u4f1a\u6216\u5546\u4e1a\u8054\u5408\u4f1a\u4efb\u547d\u7684\uff0c\u4ee5\u786e\u4fdd\u4ed6\u4eec\u7684\u516c\u6b63\u6027\u548c\u516c\u6b63\u6027\u3002\u201d
