{"id":23065,"date":"2020-12-15T11:57:16","date_gmt":"2020-12-15T03:57:16","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.businessnews.cn\/?p=23065"},"modified":"2023-10-02T15:48:42","modified_gmt":"2023-10-02T07:48:42","slug":"wto%e6%96%b0%e6%80%bb%e5%b9%b2%e4%ba%8b%e5%b0%86%e7%95%99%e5%be%852021%e5%b9%b4%e9%80%89%e5%87%ba","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ibnews.com\/cn\/2020\/12\/15\/23065.html","title":{"rendered":"WTO\u65b0\u603b\u5e72\u4e8b\u5c06\u7559\u5f852021\u5e74\u9009\u51fa"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u4e16\u754c\u8d38\u6613\u7ec4\u7ec7\uff08WTO\uff09\u65e5\u524d\u901a\u77e5\u6210\u5458\u56fd\u79f0\uff0c16\uff5e17\u65e5\u7684\u603b\u7406\u4e8b\u4f1a\u4f1a\u8bae\u4e0d\u628a\u9009\u51fa\u4e0b\u5c4a\u603b\u5e72\u4e8b\u4f5c\u4e3a\u8bae\u9898\u3002\u7559\u5f85\u660e\u5e74\u5f97\u51fa\u7ed3\u8bba\u5df2\u6210\u5b9a\u5c40\u3002WTO\u4e00\u628a\u624b\u51fa\u7f3a\u7684\u72b6\u6001\u5c06\u6301\u7eed\u8fd1\u534a\u5e74\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u636e\u76f8\u5173\u6d88\u606f\u4eba\u58eb\u900f\u9732\uff0c\u4e3b\u8981\u539f\u56e0\u662f\u7f8e\u56fd\u7279\u6717\u666e\u653f\u5e9c\u53cd\u5bf9\u83b7\u5f97\u4f17\u591a\u6210\u5458\u56fd\u652f\u6301\u7684\u5c3c\u65e5\u5229\u4e9a\u7c4d\u5019\u9009\u4eba\u5f53\u9009\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e00\u6001\u5ea6\u672a\u89c1\u53d8\u5316\u3002WTO\u5c06\u5728\u660e\u5e741\u670820\u65e5\u7f8e\u56fd\u5019\u4efb\u603b\u7edf\u62dc\u767b\u5c31\u804c\u540e\u53ec\u5f00\u603b\u7406\u4e8b\u4f1a\u4f1a\u8bae\uff0c\u529b\u4e89\u9009\u51fa\u603b\u5e72\u4e8b\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4eca\u5e7410\u6708\u4e0b\u65ec\uff0cWTO\u63a8\u8350\u5f97\u5230\u65e5\u672c\u3001\u4e2d\u56fd\u3001\u6b27\u76df\uff08EU\uff09\u7b49\u652f\u6301\u7684\u5c3c\u65e5\u5229\u4e9a\u524d\u8d22\u653f\u90e8\u957f\u5965\u5b54\u4e54-\u4f0a\u97e6\u963f\u62c9\u62c5\u4efb\u4e0b\u5c4a\u603b\u5e72\u4e8b\u3002\u4f46\u7f8e\u56fd\u53cd\u5bf9\uff0c\u8868\u793a\u652f\u6301\u7559\u5230\u6700\u7ec8\u7504\u9009\u9636\u6bb5\u7684\u97e9\u56fd\u4ea7\u4e1a\u901a\u5546\u8d44\u6e90\u90e8\u901a\u5546\u4ea4\u6d89\u672c\u90e8\u957f\u4fde\u660e\u5e0c\u3002\u4fde\u660e\u5e0c\u4e5f\u672a\u5c55\u73b0\u9000\u51fa\u603b\u5e72\u4e8b\u7ade\u9009\u7684\u610f\u5411\u3002\u6b64\u4e8b\u9677\u5165\u50f5\u5c40\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8981\u6c42WTO\u6539\u9769\u7684\u7f8e\u56fd\u7279\u6717\u666e\u653f\u5e9c\u5728\u524d\u603b\u5e72\u4e8b\u963f\u6cfd\u7ef4\u591a8\u6708\u5e95\u79bb\u4efb\u65f6\uff0c\u4e5f\u5c31\u9009\u51fa\u4ee3\u7406\u603b\u5e72\u4e8b\u4e0e\u5404\u56fd\u5bf9\u7acb\u3002WTO\u8ba4\u4e3a\u7279\u6717\u666e\u6267\u653f\u671f\u95f4\u8be5\u59ff\u6001\u65e0\u671b\u6709\u5927\u53d8\u5316\uff0c\u5c06\u6682\u65f6\u6401\u7f6e\u8be5\u95ee\u9898\uff0c\u76f4\u5230\u62dc\u767b\u5c31\u4efb\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u660e\u5e74\u5e74\u521d\u7684\u4f8b\u884c\u603b\u7406\u4e8b\u4f1a\u4f1a\u8bae\u8ba1\u52122\u6708\u53ec\u5f00\u3002\u867d\u7136\u4e5f\u53ef\u53ec\u5f00\u4e13\u6ce8\u9009\u51fa\u603b\u5e72\u4e8b\u8bae\u9898\u7684\u4f1a\u8bae\uff0c\u4f46WTO\u4f3c\u4e4e\u9996\u5148\u5c06\u89c2\u671b\u7f8e\u56fd\u65b0\u653f\u5e9c\u7684\u52a8\u5411\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9009\u51faWTO\u603b\u5e72\u4e8b\u91c7\u7528\u7531\u603b\u7406\u4e8b\u4f1a\u4e3b\u5e2d\u7b49\u8be2\u95ee\u5404\u6210\u5458\u56fd\u610f\u89c1\uff0c\u7f29\u5c0f\u5019\u9009\u4eba\u8303\u56f4\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\u3002\u867d\u7136\u4e5f\u53ef\u4ee5\u6295\u7968\u51b3\u5b9a\uff0c\u4f46WTO\u91cd\u89c6\u5f62\u6210\u5171\u8bc6\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u5e76\u65e0\u5148\u4f8b\u3002<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div
