Hangzhou’s highest building completes foundation work
The “Golden Key” complex in the north Yuncheng District in West Hangzhou has completed concrete pouring of the large baseplate for the 1# main tower. The 399.8m building, the highest in Hangzhou, will start the full-scale construction of the main structure.
With the design concept of “window on cloud”, the tower pierces into the cloud like a golden key in the sky, implying that Hangzhou is making towards a new height for future development.
With large work quantity and high requirements on quality, the construction project is a symbol of powerful technical strength and booming economy of the city and bears the heavy responsibility of promoting high-quality economic development.
It is said that the “Golden Key” complex features the functions of office, hotel in cloud and sightseeing. The part below the 61st floor is for the office area; the part between the 64th and 81st floors is for the hotels, fitness clubs and other supporting business and leisure facilities. On the top area, there is a 2,000-sqm viewing deck and a helipad to meet the demands for high-end business activities.
As a model that integrates city with station, the building owns convenient transport and has direct access to Hangzhouxi Railway Station and Metro to meet the demands for trip, work and other activities.
