Villagers Use Paper-cutting to Welcome the Chinese New Year

On January 12th, the villagers in Gaozhu Vilage, Jinqiao Town, Lishui and Wu Zhiping, a inheritor of intangible cultural heritage paper-cutting, is creating paper-cuts of rabbits, fu characters, window flurries and ball fans for their neighbors to happily celebrate the Chinese New Year.

Writing to Welcome the Spring Festival and Send Blessings to the Citizens

On January 10th, Gaochun District Local Cultural Research Association carried out the activity of “writing to welcome the Spring Festival and send blessings to the citizens” in Baota commercial block. On the spot, they wrote New Year couplets and the Chinese characters fu for the citizens, creating a strong atmosphere to welcome the Spring Festival.
